About Thomas Golf products: All equipment made by Thomas golf features the company's patented Shot Accuracy Technology, an alignment indicator on the top of the club which helps assure precise aim. The company offers free custom fitting of all clubs on its website and sells its products exclusively online.

The Club: The AT460 TS Driver is the Crowned Driver of Thomas Golf with its full 460cc (cubic centimeters) thundering clubhead and with the Thomas Golf signature, patented Shot Accuracy Technology, alignment line on the top of the club giving the golfer a confident alignment with a target.

Uncovering this Driver means one thing; LONG BALL!

The Shaft: One of the most over looked part of a golf club is its shaft. Thomas Golf has a range of shafts that will be sized to fit your build, frame, and figure exquisitely. The AT460's shaft come available in Regular(R), Stiff (S), and Senior (A) flexes – all frequency- and flex- matched; it's made from high-modulus materials and weighs under 60 grams at 45.25 standard length.

Greeting the Ball: On the tee box the AT460TS matches nicely up to a well teed ball soon to be launched into the atmosphere. The alignment line on the top of the club allows the golfer to focus in on the sweet spot of the clubhead coinciding with the desired target lind. The golfer will have a good sense of where the sweet spot is from the; address, back swing, contact, and follow-through bringing a new cannon to your game.

The Swing: The AT460 TS has great rhythm and tempo with a well balanced clubhead and shaft. The light shaft makes it easier to bump up the MPH in the swing. The clubhead's weight is appropriately light as well, matching the shaft coordinately. The R and S flexes feature a mid-kick point for a medium trajectory; The Senior version has a low kick point for higher trajectory.

Take-Off: The Thomas Golf AT460 TS is similar to most 460cc Drivers where the best spot to hit the ball on the club to achieve maximum distance is on the mid to higher part of the face no matter the loft. This allows a powerful projection and loft. When the mid-handicapper tester stroked some balls off at the range, he saw that there was an insufficient amount of side spin allowing for the ball to roll out. He also found hitting the sweet spot to be easy and when miss hitting the ball on the lower middle part of the face, he still found the shot to have a good distance but just a lower projection and roll out.

Results are In: If you are looking to improve your clubhead speed, accuracy, and alignment with your Driver than the AT460 TS by Thomas Golf is the only choice. The AT460 TS is very lightweight but amazingly at the same time has a lower center of gravity in the club head allowing for more whip into a swing. Our tester was able to work the ball with his go-to fade without ever forcing a slice. The head design and alignment line Thomas Golf has established in all their clubs allows for minimum side spin.
