Ping is a well known name in the golf industry, and the iconic brand just revealed its performance driven SS18 spring-summer men's apparel range. The Ping SS18 apparel range further enhances the company's commitment to help golfers look their best while playing their favorite game. The new collection combines Ping's already legendary craftsmanship with the finest state of the art fabrics and obsessive attention to detail, all being features synonymous with Ping-made gear. The main selling point of the new Ping polo shirt collection is represented by three new colorways: Drift Away, Disruption and Purple Haze (courtesy of Jimi Hendrix, obviously). To begin with, the Drift Away colorway uses a cool sea-foam green as the main color, thus making for a contemporary/modern design. Disruption is a melange of imperial blue with orange burst, which is pretty striking, to say the least, especially when combined with core navy and white. The Purple Haze colorway makes for a more complex palette, blending cool celestial blue and navy with shades of rich plum, thus making for a beautiful and versatile collection. The entire SS18 collection of polo shirts from Ping boasts the company's patented Sensor Cool technology, and it consists of three designs: Quinn, Harper and Theodore. Each of the three designs combines a manic attention to detail with perfectly tailored fit. On top of that, the Sensor Cool technology guarantees quick drying, moisture movement performance, and stretch/crease resistance, thus delivering a range of stylish, yet hugely comfy and performance driven polo shirts which can be worn both on and off the golf course. Moreover, the Hendrick short and the Bradley trouser-short which complement Ping's SS18 spring/summer collection benefit from the new Tekfit technology, a state of the art innovation that delivers up to 2 inches of extra waistband stretch for amazing flexibility and unparalleled comfort, to provide golfers with freedom of movement. The new Knowles sweater, which is also part of Ping's SS18 men performance apparel collection, is crafted using soft touch merino wool, and boasts a heather colored block fleck design.

Ping used merino wool for the Knowles sweater due to this natural fabric's intrinsic benefits, the likes of moisture moving and thermal properties. The brand spanking new Delta jacket features an innovative design, and obviously, it's part of the SS18 collection, being engineered to deliver the ultimate performance in windy conditions, making for an exceptionally windproof and lightweight garment, which is also water resistant. The additional venting and state of the art stretch fabrics used in the Delta jacket provide enhanced breathability, thus making it a quintessential year round piece of golf apparel for the fashion conscious golfers out there. Ping's SS18 Harper Polo stripped polo shirt is designed with a concealed button down self fabric collar, and it provides moisture moving (quick dry/stretch) properties. The Harper Polo is built on the Sensor Cool platform and it's made from a fabric which consists of 92 percent Polyester and 8 percent Elastane. The Quinn polo shirt comes with piping on the back shoulder panels and a rib collar with contrast tipped edge, being built on the same Sensor Cool platform, while providing moisture moving (quick dry/stretch) properties. The Quinn Polo is made from a fabric which consists of 96 percent polyester and 4 percent elastane. The Theodore Polo shirt features a block feeder stripe colorway, with solid-color sleeves, back, placket and collar, being built on the Sensor Cool platform, which comes with moisture moving (quick dry/stretch) properties. The fabric used in the Theodore Polo consists of 91 percent polyester and 8 percent elastane. The Knowles sweater comes in a v-neck design, making for a heather color blocked sweater, and boasting natural moisture moving/thermal properties, being made from 100 percent natural merino wool on the Sensor Warm platform. The Delta Jacket is a high performance piece of golf apparel, being windproof, lightweight and water resistant in a softshell design, featuring zip fastening chest vents and a stretched mesh lining.
