Srixon Z 355 Golf Irons Review

The Srixon Z 355 irons retail for $599.99-$899.99 (MSRP) and they’re built and designed with a sole purpose in mind: consistency. Also, they’re packed with Srixon’s latest and greatest technological innovations for delivering accuracy and distance on top of consistency, which makes them highly desirable in any respectable golfer’s paraphernalia. To begin with, these babies are fairly easy to hit high, long and straight, boasting a heavy head and an excellent sole design. Just like the Srixon Z 355 driver, these irons are built upon the principle: heavier is good, heavier is reliable, heavier is better. Using a smart counter balancing system and heavier heads, Srixon really did a great job with the Z 355 series, which are everything about consistency and greater distance than ever before. On top of that, the Srixon Z 355 come with arguably the best soles available on the market (in a game-improvement iron that is).

Considering the price tag, the Srixon Z 355 offer excellent value for the money asked, looking exactly like you’d expect from a game improvement piece of golf gear, especially while in the bag (they’re pretty sharp). The head is predominantly chrome with a thin ribbon of matte finish, whilst the limited branding makes them to look classic and clean, with a splash of red thrown in the cavity which keeps them from appearing too dull. At impact, the Srixon Z 355 feel great and firm with a crisp sound and you’ll discover that they’re really long due to the Action Mass technology incorporated into their build. If you’re on the prowl for a set of affordable game-improvement irons which oozes class, versatility, forgiveness and distance, well, the Srixon Z 355 are the answer.
