Tomohiro Kondo is a Japanese professional golfer who was born in Tokai, Aichi, Japan in 1977. Kondo achieved a significant level of success as an amateur golfer. He was a gold medalist at the Asian Games in 1998. After achieving so much success as an amateur, Kondo made the decision to turn professional and immediately joined the Japan Golf Tour. Since joining the tour he has achieved a series of wins, in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011 and 2014.

As of the end of 2014, Kondo had not achieved any wins, or won any prize money, on the PGA Tour.
