He represented the victorious United States team at the 2010 Palmer Cup. After narrowly losing in the semi-final of the 2011 US Public Links Championship, Randolph turned pro. He started his pro career by playing on the NGA Pro Golf Tour where he was named as the rookie of the Year in his first season. As a result of his good performances on the NGA Tour, Randolph won a card for the Web.com Tour. In 2014, he finished 16th in the standings. In 21 events, he made the cut on 12 occasions. He registered four top 10s including two 3rd places and a runner-up finish to Max Homa at the BMW Charity Pro-Am Presented by SYNNEX Corporation.

Thanks to his 16th place finish on the Web.com Tour money list, Randolph captured his first ever PGA Tour card for the 2015 season. So far he has played in 19 events, making the cut on eight occasions. His best result to date was a tie for 20th at the Wells Fargo Championship.
