The Callaway Supersoft Yellow golf balls retail for $21,99 a dozen (MSRP) in their latest, new-and-improved generation, which was listed as the gold medal winner in the Golf Digest 2015. These babies feature the lowest compression in Callaway's paraphernalia and they're designed as long, incredibly super-soft and straight golf balls. Generally speaking, slow swing golfers associate hard balls with distance, but in the case of the Callaway Supersoft Yellow golf balls, this cannot be farther from the truth. Usually, regular golf balls come with a seventy to one hundred compression, but the Callaway Supersoft Yellow golf balls have a compression of 38.
Amazingly enough, these super soft balls do increase distance and reduce spin, yet they're the softest Callaway ever made. How was that possible? Well, despite their ultra-low compression core, the Callaway Supersoft Yellow golf balls feature a two piece construction which helps with improving accuracy on the golf course, together with adding more distance for slow swing golfers. By designing an incredible zero compression core (relative to the PGA's compression scale) which is resilient enough, Callaway managed to add a soft cover/coating to this ball and still achieve excellent speeds. Also, the soft coating is awesome for improving both feel and control around the green, an outstanding achievement for Callaway's R&D department. In terms of accuracy, the Callaway Supersoft Yellow golf balls may very well be the best in the golf industry today, as they work wonders in reducing slices and hooks, helping all types of golf players to achieve a tighter dispersion and increased distance, round after round. The Callaway Supersoft Yellow golf ball has a soft cover that features the proprietary 332 dimple HEX aerodynamics technology, for promoting a penetrating/more stable flight.
