Top Flite Bomb Golf Ball Review
Spin: Low
Dimples: 332
Compression: High
Category Comparison: Value
The Top Flite Bomb golf balls are marketed as being explosively long and very soft, hence they're excellent for all types of golf players, regardless their skill level. Indeed, it sounds too good to be true, right? However, after playing a few rounds with these babies, I must admit it. Yes, they're darn' good! How did they do it? Well, the Top Flite Bomb golf balls are benefiting from a larger core design, which is aimed at providing a superior energy transfer, thus a faster ball speed, hence more distance. It's pretty straight forward, that's how the laws of physics work folks. Also, the soft cover is built using a softer ionomer composite material, which feels crisp upon impact and yet provides you with tons of greenside stopping power.
The flight trajectory is very stable and, the best thing in my opinion, they don't sound like you're playing with rocks right off the driver, like other long distance golf balls do. Basically, the Top Flite Bomb are incredibly soft off the driver, yet excellent around the green. Actually, they are sometimes dangerously long, so keep that in mind at all times. And maybe the best thing about the Top Flite Bomb is the price. You simply cannot beat their price, as they retail for way less than the big T, yet they offer similar performance. If you're looking for a set of golf balls in the “best bang for the buck” category, Top Flite Bomb is an excellent choice for the price-conscious golfer!
