The Ping Rhapsody is especially designed with woman-golfers in mind, being relatively long and featuring a 460cc head, to aid with slower swing speeds. The design is relatively familiar for its niche, falling in line with other mega sized Ping drivers, the only difference being a tad shorter shaft and a wider face. The head of the driver is built from titanium and features a high MOI (moment of inertia), whilst the wide face offers high launching angles which also increase distance.
The center of gravity (CG) is pretty low, offering the player better ball contact and loads of forgiveness when compared to regular drivers. Retailing for $279, the Ping Rhapsody will fit you perfectly if you have a small stature and your swing is not lightning—fast, yet you would like to try once in a while how a long driver feels like off the tee.
