We've missed the green here on number 9 of the die off to the right and we've got a very tight lie little wet turf and it's kind of running downhill. Now the last thing I want to do here is make this shot too hard. A lot of times what people do is go grab their sand wedge and open it up it up or they're lob wedge and they'll try to hit a soft flop shot and they hit the shed back there. Let me show you a very easy way to hit this shot and this is much better for a technique as opposed to trying to get style points.

Right now what we're going to do is we're take a hybrid we're going to set up to it just like we would normally we're going to slaughter hands up to the graphite choke up step up and I'm going to use my putter grip right here and all I'm going to do lock my weight in lock my wrist and I'm just going to putt it right up that slope. When I putt it right up at that slope you can see it just trickles right down there to the hole and I make this shot very very easy remember there's no reason to be a hero and try to hit a super soft flop shot off a downhill tight lie far better to take a hybrid lock your weight in lock your wrist and just putt and when I do that it scampers right at that hill and you can see that's a pretty good shot at about 5 6 feet for par. Remember our job is to focus in on making sure the balls close get up and down we're not looking for style points always work on the substance rather than the style the substance will make par the style might make double.
