Two years later Percy was back playing on the Nationwide Tour, and this time he was more successful, finishing in 8th position on the money list at the end of the season, having achieved eight top 10 finishes, including two as runner-up. This success meant that Percy graduated to the PGA Tour for the 2010 season. 2010 was not especially successful for Percy, on the Tour; he made the cut only eleven times out of 25 starts.

However, Percy did finish in second place at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open which meant that he secured conditional status by finishing in 148th place on the Tour's money list.

Away from the course, Percy is married to Katie, and lists the birth of his children as the greatest thrill outside of golf.

As of the end of 2014, Percy had yet to achieve a PGA Tour victory, but had amassed overall prize money of $1,187,917.
