Callaway Xfer Pro Golf Shoe Review
    © Callaway Golf

The Xfer Pro is the high end golf shoe offered by Callaway in their X series line. With this 2015 re-iteration, Callaway focused on helping pro golfers to play better so they introduced their latest technologies into these babies; the end result is pretty impressive, to say the least.
The Xfer platform used in these shoes can be described in three words and it represents the fundamentals in Callaway’s philosophy of foot control when it comes to playing golf: traction, stability and alignment. Also, Callaway tried to reduce energy loss during swings via its technologies incorporated into the Xfer Pro with the purpose of providing the player with more power and unparalleled control. The Xfer Pro’s insoles are built using Superfeet Elite and Superfeet Pro, Callaways’s proprietary innovations which are aimed to correctly align your hips, knees, legs and feet, thus offering you improved balance and stability for your swing.

Callaway Xfer Pro incorporate a customizable X cage structure inserted into the upper of the shoe which embraces the foot and makes for a natural movement together with the outsole. For excellent grip on difficult turfs, Callaway uses Xfer Dynamic Traction technology which brings together Pro Flex Pins/high performance spikes on the outsole and various traction elements built into the sole for delivering optimum amounts of grip and control on any type of terrain. Lateral stability is taken care of by the Xfer Power Wall which doesn’t allow side foot slippage during your game.
With a price tag of $170, the Xfer Pro play in a league of their own, being designed to offer you the ultimate golfing experience, as they come loaded with Callaway’s latest technologies and innovations.
If this short review convinced you to take them for a spin, it’s good to know that these babies are available in three colorways: black/black, white/black and white/blue, being the perfect choice for any type of outfit.
