    Salish Cliffs Golf Club Review

The Salish Cliffs Golf Club sits majestically on a wonderful piece of land, ten miles north of Olympia, on a heavily wooded 320 acres of property, featuring elevation changes of 600 feet in total. The golf course at Salish Cliffs Golf Club is absolutely epic, given its geographical location and the terrains features, being built on which was basically a dark, deep forest on the side of a mountain. After the golf course was opened up, the view over the Kamilche Valley became astounding, making playing the Salish Cliffs Golf Club a memorable experience, if it ever was one. Truth be told, on a wonderful terrain like this, the end result was guaranteed to be sensational, and the architect (Gene Bates) really did a masterful job building an awesome golf course on a property owned by Washingtons Squaxin Island Tribe (they also own the course itself plus the adjacent Little Creek Casino).

And if you were wondering about accolades, its worth noting that the golf course at Salish Cliffs Golf Club is consistently ranked high by prestigious golf magazines. For example, the Salish Cliffs is on a year-to-year basis ranked by GolfWeek Magazines Top 100 Resort Courses in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, also in its Top Ten Casino Courses, Best Courses You can Play in Washington (2013, 2014,2015) and, last but not least, Worlds First Salmon Safe Certified Golf Course by Stewardship Partners and Best New Courses (the same Golfweek Magazine). Bottom line, the Salish Cliffs Golf Club boasts an 18 hole championship grade course, with GPS enabled carts, a world class short game area/practice range area and golf instructions offered by PGA professionals.
