Okay, I want to talk about the role of your feet, what your feet actually do in the swing. It's very, very important because obviously that's what’s holding you to the ground. So first of all, let's talk about the setup and again we are talking about the feet. When you set up to the ball, the feet should be real approximate to the width of your shoulders. And that will give you most probably the best balance. And the weight should be evenly distributed between 50% on both sides. So you are not leaning one way or the other.

Having got yourself into the position, when you take the club back, this left foot should just rock slightly on the inside and so as you go back, there is the footwork we are concentrating on. It's coming to the inside and as that left foot is coming to the inside, the weight is starting to shift onto the right side. And you can also see that my hips are turning, but remember this is all down to the feet, so concentrate on this foot. Rock on the inside and being a senior golfer, if you feel that you need to lift that heel up, that's fine, there’s no problem, if you feel, you haven’t got the same flexibility. But just concentrate on the feet, onto the inside here, the weight is now transferred back onto the right foot, approximately about 65%. And as the club starts to come back down, the weight now with the knee starting the downswing, as the knee starts pushing it through, you can see that weight is now being pushed back towards a 50-50 scenario. And as we hit the ball, the weight will then come through, so here is the ideal follow through, weight on the left hand side. You can see the weight is almost at 95% there, but remember how we achieved it, 50:50. We have gone back here, the weight has shifted about 60, 65% top, the top of the backswing, the knee starts to push down. The weight transfers on the inside of your right foot and pushes you through and as you do that, there is the follow through. So let me demonstrate on the golf shot, just so you can see it in action. So from here look at the feet, there is the left foot, there is the right foot. And look at the weight, it's all in the left-hand side, but I didn't think about that, I thought about my feet, very, very simple. So just I am going to push probably maybe 20 to 30 balls in the driving range, working solely on the footwork, don't think about anything else. Work on the feet and I think you're going to get some great results from this.
