The final piece of the puzzle to make sure we have got our shoulders doing the correct thing through out the entire golf swing is the finish position. Where do the shoulders finish the golf swing? They go we need to ensure that they fully released to a good balance position and you're not losing too much control but also you know losing too much power. So from the good address position we've talked about square feet square shoulders we've talked about big turn of the shoulders in the box spring start the downswing with the hips let the shoulders come around then it's a case of where are the shoulders going to finish. If I get to here like to see that every thing's in line on the camera. So my shoulders square to the camera my hips a square to the camera yes I'm still balanced over my left side my right side as a right handed golfer is fully committed, and I'm stable here to dip well would be over rotated.

Would look like this, and at this point you can see my shoulders haven't fully turned to finish pointing at the camera the under rotated they've only got to feel that I've left an awful lot of power out golf on the golf course. I haven't released all the way through to a finish that's going to called me some problems in my expectation of hitting the golf ball. The next thing is going to be the over rotation getting my shoulders round to hitting through again and this time finishing this way when the shoulders just lacks a bit of a bit of poise and I don't think that would give me a consistency that I'm looking for on the golf course it might go a long way but I don't think it necessarily be consistent. So the ideal position would be all the way through if it goes a bit further I don't mind that as much is a bit short but we still want to have the follow through. As well some of that can relate to your own flexibility but if you can try and get your shoulders fully facing towards the camera or towards the target in your follow through to make sure you fully released as much power as possible for your best golf drives.
