Maxie Patton Kizzire is an American professional golfer and one of the tallest players in the PGA. Born on March 3 1986 in Montgomery, Alabama, Kizzire grew up in Tuscaloosa and then played golf at Auburn University. Between 2006 and 2007 he achieved all Southeastern Conference first team honors and in the same year won the 2007 SEC Championship. Kizzire played golf for 3 different high schools in 4 years: Central High School, Tuscaloosa Academy, and Northridge High Schools. Prior to graduating with a business degree in 2008 from Auburn University, Patton Kizzire won 3rd place back in 2003 at the U.S. Junior Open.

Besides golf, Patton Kizzire loves fishing and bow hunting and until now, he achieved two PGA Tour victories: the Sony Open in Hawaii and the 2018 OHL Classic at Makayoba respectively. Kizzire joined the PGA Tour in 2016 and the Web.com Tour in 2009, where he won twice: the 2015 Utah Championship presented by Zions Bank and the News Sentinel Open presented by Pilot. Currently, Maxie Patton Kizzire is playing on the PGA Tour and he’s ranked World No. 105.
