Luke List is a professional golfer, born in Seattle, Washington, who has played on the PGA Tour, winning over 5 million dollars during his career. After finishing high-school at Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007, and then he turned pro, joining the Nationwide Tour in 2010. On April 29, 2012 Luke List won his 1st professional event on the Nationwide Tour at the South Georgia Classic.

In the same year, he entered the PGA Tour after finishing 4th on the Nationwide money list. However, in the next year he finished 163rd , thus being kicked out of the PGA. After finishing 119th on the Web.com tour in 2014,Luke List got back in the PGA Tour for the 2015-2016 season. 2017 marked his first full season on the PGA tour, and he ended up with his best stats of his career. In 2018, Luke List lost playing against Justin Thomas at the Honda Classic in a sudden-death playoff.
