The PXG 0311 XF GEN2 Irons are among the latest additions in the company’s portfolio, with the XF particle standing for extreme forgiveness. Just like their siblings in the GEN2 series, the XF irons are packed full with the company’s proprietary technologies, such as the COR2 technology, the PXG signature perimeter weighting system, a larger sweet spot and world’s thinnest face. The COR2 technology consists of a special elastomer with explosive coefficient of restitution that’s injected into these hollow irons, to deliver a more consistent response, longer distance, an amazing feel at ball impact and pin-point accuracy. The PXG 0311 XF GEN2 Irons feature a sleek blade design, yet they will provide you with superior feel and outstanding forgiveness, being exceptionally easy to hit and aimed at players seeking good workability and extreme forgiveness. As the 0311 XF GEN2’s large (milled) cavity is filled with a state of the art elastomer, these irons will deliver exceptional feel at impact, while dampening all those nasty vibrations on mishit shots.

The forged stainless steel body works together with the incredibly thin HT1770 stainless steel face, the internal elastomer filling material and the perimeter weighting system to provide you with better feel and more distance compared to the original 0311 irons, while increasing launch angle, reducing spin and efficiently working through the turf. Keep in mind, these are marketed as game improving irons aimed at players looking for ultimate forgiveness levels, being ideal for mid-handicap golfers who have problems hitting long irons and who are not very fond of hybrids.
